Background

Based on many years of study, this course is a powerful new approach to stress reduction. It’s built on the recognition that different personalities have different needs and uses the universally accepted 16 Personality Types based upon Carl Jung’s work and made popular by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) assessment included in this programme. This course provides tailored stress reduction guides for each of the 16 Personality Types.

This course involves an initial 20 minute self-assessment that identifies your Personality Type. Your personality type is individual, it identifies your stressors and outlines specific actions to deal with that stress. You will receive your own Personality Type Booklet for future reference and support.

In addition, you will also learn how to work and interact with other profiles to achieve improved performance.
