"We can’t solve problems with the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."

Albert Einstein

The Approach

The NLP approach is focused on modelling on success, and therefore it is extremely effective for developing leaders, improving sales, and applied anywhere where human performance is key, such as HR, coaching, customer service and training.

  • Develop effective communication and influencing skills
  • Master self-motivation and learning techniques
  • Improve relationships with clients and work colleagues
  • Gain self-awareness and strengthen focus and concentration
  • Improve problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Learn powerful techniques that will improve performance

NLP is like a manual for the human brain. It’s the analysis of how we think, feel and act; marked by an intense curiosity about how human beings get the results they do. It is a set of models and principles used to describe the relationship between mind, language (verbal and non-verbal), and perception.

NLP is based on the idea that with our physical senses we are only able to perceive a small part of the world. Our view of the world is filtered by our history, beliefs, values and assumptions. By opening up our experiences and adding information to our perception, NLP fundamentally changes the way we think, understand, behave and communicate.

The Programme

Dimension Development Areas Focus
Day 1 Introduction and Philosophy

Day 1 gets going with the lowdown on NLP, emotions and the mind.

You’ll gain some incredible philosophical insights on how it all works and how our individual patterns are formed. The day ends with a look into processes, states, responses and behaviour.

Day 2 Personal Interactions

Day 2 starts with the opening up of your primary senses to lay the foundations of communication strategies and behaviours.

You’ll go on to learn more about vastly improving rapport by controlling your actions as you learn to better read others.

Day 3 New Patterns and Perspectives

Day 3 introduces fundamental NLP concepts and techniques that create new neurological pathways and connects.

You’ll learn about resourceful state management, the change process at a subconscious level and how to understand and use perspective to influence others.

Day 4 Individual and Organisational Viewpoints

Day 4 begins with the programming of personality preferences and individual time structure, and applying them to work situations.

Later, you’ll discover the power of words with supercharging your conscious use of language before finishing the day with techniques to enhance strategy and decision-making at an organisational level.
