Day 1 Building a Strengths-Based Team

In this one day programme you will discover what makes a great team and the role that talent plays in contribution, interaction, appreciation and performance to deliver overall excellence.

You will experience how to apply a Team Strengths Grid to review your team’s composition against the four strengths domains/classifications. You will then learn how to develop a stronger, sustainable effective team model.

This programme requires each team member undertake a Clifton StrengthsFinder® Assessment and ideally experience a one on one Clifton StrengthsFinder® Coaching session for an in depth understanding of their talents before learning about how they contribute to the team’s combined position.
